All membership categories include free tennis for immediate family members.

(County and Golf Union Fees of: Men £13.65, Ladies £17.00 must be paid by the club for each member and should be added to the above subscription rates per member)

Membership can be paid by cash, cheque, credit/debit card (incurs a 2% administration fee) or direct debit. (Clubman's and Junior categories are excluded from Direct Debit) The chosen method of payment must be enclosed with the completed Application Form. Your membership will start from the beginning of the month that your membership has been accepted.

 

Paying by direct debit

If you would like to pay your annual subscriptions by monthly direct debit instalments, we can arrange this through an outside finance company called Premium Credit Ltd.

In assessing your application for credit, Premium Credit Ltd will search the public information that a credit reference agency holds about you. The credit reference agency will add details of the search and your application to their record about you whether or not your application proceeds. This and other information about you may be used to make credit decisions about you and undertake checks for the prevention and detection of money laundering. If your application for credit is accepted, premium credit will send you a welcome pack detailing their full terms and conditions and commence collection of your instalments.  A credit agreement will be included for you to sign and return. They may begin collecting your Direct Debits before you return your signed credit agreement to pay for any membership you are receiving.  If you have any questions about your instalments, contact them on 0844 736 9818.

There is a £20.00 reduction in your annual subscription if you pay by monthly direct debit. This is in the form of a cheque payable in the 2nd month of your subscription. This will bring you annual flat rate service charge down to approximately 4%

Club Membership - the small print

As a member of Naunton Downs Golf Club you are legally a shareholder of Naunton Downs Membership Ltd, a Company limited by Guarantee and registered at Companies House (03343346). As a shareholder you are liable for a maximum payment of £1 should the company be placed into liquidation. As a members golf club it is operated by various members' committees, including finance, handicap and general committees. Each year an Annual General Meeting is held at the club, which you are welcome to attend and get involved.
